I live and work in Berlin.
My research moves from the basis of the photographic technique, from the study of the physical and emotional traces left by light. The image concretise by its flowing in time and becomes stratified in the memory of places, on the skin on things, in short-lived events. What is not visible, has disappeared, is imagined or is about to happen is in this way engraved, turning up as a ‘trace’ of a phenomenology of the invisible and underground world. The eye focuses on the fascination of the daily reality and its quiet visibility.
Throughout these themes, my work develops in different languages, through photographic images, videos or site-specific installations.
